Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

However, we do offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, size, or design due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will correct the issue with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Items ordered in the wrong size or color

• Items damaged due to normal wear and tear

• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your issue qualifies, we will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
